Coat Oreos in batter
Deep-fry in CLEAN canola oil at 350 until dark golden brown
Let cool on rack until still warm but not scalding hot (powder sugar will melt if food is too hot)
Dust with powder sugar.
Works great with Nutter Butters too.
I actual don't like Oreos and still enjoy these while they are warm. Cookie becomes soft and filling kind of gooey
