Not to rub salt, but he likely never had the BCG's in his possession when he listed them, and probably "sold" them to (scammed) several other people, from the same listing.
On the bright side, you have caused Les Fletcher and Dalia Genena, of Plano, considerable grief, and quite possibly money out of pocket, for their effort to scam you.
Your original monies have long since been spent, and though BCG's are cheaper right now, a douchebag like this likely didn't have the money in his pocket to run out and acquire a couple to make the deal right. As you persisted, he folded under the pressure, and had to act, costing him grief and money.
Good on you. And now he and Degenerate Genena have an ugly Google trail to deal with in their future dealings.
