purchased an aftermarket barre from model 1 sales, apparently i got the one that is not chrome lined, will i see any problems with this after a while?

Short answer - no. Shoot the crap out of it, enjoy it and when you finally shoot it out, replace it with a quality chrome-lined barrel.

Mutt got it pretty well but I will add:
Keep it clean
Keep it oiled
Minimize shooting steel cased ammo- steel on bare steel is not conducive to optimum chamber life.
You don't need to worry. I had a non-lined M1S pencil barrel that would still make 2" groups at 100m when fed good ammo, after 10k+ rounds of Wolf and other steel ammo. No appreciable degree of maintenance done on that gun, either.
Shoot, have fun, and be thankful for our lack of humidity.
For accuracy I actually prefer a non-chrome lined barrel.
In fact I don't own an AR with chrome lining nor will I.
