...I'm sorry, I can't seem to find any fucks to give.
I blame the Obama Adminstration
There aren't a lot of good ways to die but this is a shitty one.
I don't care who it is, cancer sucks. Brains cancer perhaps more than many others. I hope he enjoys the time he has left, away from politics. A "successful" surgery is almost certainly not the end of it.
I despise him as a politician and GOP senator. But I'd never wish something like that upon him.
Ted Kennedy died from a glioma. John McCain has one. They co-sponsored legislation. You may be on to something.
I also find it interesting that the statements from the Mayo Clinic seem to state that they got all of the cancerous tissue and he's recovering well. From other sources, I found this;
Quote:
A glioblastoma is the most common brain tumor that affects adults. It is also the most rapidly growing malignant tumor of the brain, with the shortest survival rate. Death may occur within months.
“It’s the most malignant, the most aggressive, the tumor of the brain associated with the shortest survival,” said Marc Chamberlain, a professor of neurology and director of the Brain Tumor Program at University of Washington, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
Fake news.
Old fucker doesn't have a brain.
From personal (family member) experience, I can tell you. Brain cancer kills you quickly, or slower and more painful.
UNLESS they caught it very, very early.
It's a terrible disease, a close friend has battled a brain tumor for a few years. Even with successful surgery, it's not the end of treatment or recovery.
Wonder? He's been coockoo for a while now, certainly the last year or so. Listen to him actually make statements/speech? He sounds as bad or worse as Pelosi as far as rambling incoherently. (Especially some questioning in some of the random trump stuff forget which one exactly but it was bad.)
Hopefully he will quietly go away. That's as nice as I can be about it.
Unfit for office. Remove and replace him.
Does anyone know if zombie appetite for brain is affected by the presence of cancer?
This may be a government attempt to defend Senators from the coming Zompacalypse.
Yeah cancer sucks, and considering McCains behavior over the years, he's lucky to have lived so long with mentally debilitating cancer.

Liberalism causes brain cancer.

Good thing for him he doesn't have Obamacare, since polititians exempted themselves...
No, he's evil.
NPD is Cluster-B.Quote:
I don't think McCain is a Cluster-B, so he does not fit my caveat. Keep it classy.
Can't disagree with you there. We should be better than them.Quote:
Lets keep it classy people. I don't rejoice over this kind of thing simply because it strikes a politician I don't agree with.
While I disagree with pretty much everything he says and does, I hope he has a positive outcome. Brain cancer took the father of one of my best friends exactly 1 year ago today. Mike was my friend as well, and it was brutal to watch.

Guys a dirt bag, rotten right down to his socks and is a card carrying party member of the evil empire but I can't rejoice in anyone being stricken down like this.

P.S. I checked on the dark brown web. Sounds like Bill and Hillary did it.

I'm with John Burk on this one.
Prayers up for him and his family.
He should step down now and the AZ governor appoint a good conservative that will support Trump. It should be done quickly before the left brings pressure for a "bipartisan" replacement.

Can this jackass please retire and live in his neocon fantasy away from a position of influencing this country?
"'One aspect of the conflict, by the way, that I will never ever countenance is that we drafted the lowest-income level of America, and the highest-income level found a doctor that would say they had a bone spur,' McCain said in the interview. "

Actually, Johnny boy...
http://history-world.org/vietnam_war_statistics.htmQuote:
SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS...
•76% of the men sent to Vietnam were from lower middle/working class backgrounds.
•Three-fourths had family incomes above the poverty level; 50% were from middle income backgrounds.
•Some 23% of Vietnam vets had fathers with professional, managerial or technical occupations.
•79% of the men who served in Vietnam had a high school education or better when they entered the military service. (63% of Korean War vets and only 45% of WWII vets had completed high school upon separation.)
•Deaths by region per 100,000 of pupulation: South -- 31%, West -- 29.9%; Midwest -- 28.4%; Northeast -- 23.5%.
In other words, the average draftee was.... tada! Average.
John McCain is one of the biggest problems facing this country today. He's a disgrace to the senate.
The average draftee was average but IIRC (don't remember the source), the average man serving in Vietnam was far more likely to come from a middle- or upper-class background than demographics would suggest because of the addition of volunteers (at least early in the War) and the stats you just quoted support that. Contrary to the mythology pushed by the Left and Establishment types, there was still a strong spirit of volunteerism in America in the late 60s despite the flower children (who really weren't as popular as Hollywood depicts).
