Belgium Technician Destroys F-16
Well...I'm guessing there will be a job opening for this guy. I'm willing to bet how this happened. Guy was probably the only one on the tarmac when he slipped into the cockpit of the plane. Decided to start jamming to "Highway to the Danger Zone" when he got a bit overwhelmed by the moment and then...BRRRRRRRRRT. Although, I'm wondering if the story is true, as I am unaware if an F-16 is capable of firing while grounded.

Late 70's Europe nuclear posture
We had them to stop Russian tanks from taking the Saudi oil fields. The taught doctrine was that we were there to stop the Russians from coming through the Fulda gap. I was an enlisted troop, but they put an Army Major in the room next to mine. His job was to make sure we did not bomb the US Army. It was the 70's Cold War! The F-111's we had, did have some gun pods available. I never seen them flown around. Base is closed now. F-111 has been retired. The F-16 was brand new and we never saw one over there. More info in the video below. I'm sure the F-22 would able to far exceed the F-111.
