I also dropped a few lbs. Its hard giving up the grains and sugars, but then all the steak you can eat with all the fat left on + a side of veggies or a salad becomes "diet dinner."

I figured it out. I need 2700 calories a day to maintain my body weight... I am 6'4" and weigh 165 on a good day. Gets expensive to keep my scrawny ass fed. and when I do hit the gym I don't build mass either. Most I ever weighed was 185 during football in high school.
Bump for a long term report. Anyone do this? How do you get paid and who finances this?
I worked off 38lbs in a month once... Hardwood floors and a good eating plan. [Beer]
