    I worked off 38lbs in a month once... Hardwood floors and a good eating plan.

    One day in 1983 I scored 290 on my PT test maxing the pushups and situps. This was before the extended scores. I weighed 175lbs. 33 days later I weighed 133lbs after being on a few 6-way tees on 3 catheters. Having your own Hospital trying to kill you will do that.
