Put a Damn Price on it Follow UP
HEY SELLERS OR interested parties who respond / receive a pm from me.
HOW ABOUT RESPONDING IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME??? If you have an interest as i do on 4 sale items a follow up, or even phone call when i leave a contact number please acknowledge contact. I figure most folks contact between Immediately to 1-2 hours on an item. Or they will contact you asking if the items is available as it is not been SOLD or SPF in the original post
Granted everyone has something to do besides being glued to the web, i understand.
If someone contacts you tell us.
1) Sorry i would prefer money vs. potential trade items
2) Yes i received your pm / em but not interested in doing business at this time
3) Yes i am interested but due to (insert here) i can not buy at this time, sorry
Don't tell me I am very interested, send me pictures ,and not hear from you. Obviously you were not "VERY INTERESTED" and wasted my time.
When i leave a phone number and ask you to call because i want to buy the item 4 sale. It is because i will not be near a computer all or part of the day and i really want to buy it.
When i include DO Not Text me as i do not open text, You send me a text message, seriously?
Responding to a post is great but 4 pages of banter, could it not be better done by pm or em'ing the OP?
And PLEASE POST THE FOLLOWING IF YOU ARE DOING A FTF
I want to do a FTF but not mail or ship the item. If someone ask. " Could you ship it to me?"
If you decide that is not in your scheduling say so. DON'T say NO then 2-3 days later after you have posted BTT every 15-20 minutes WILL SHIP for $$ extra then not contact someone who asked to see if they are still interested.
LAST ITEM enough with all caps!!
Wow, how do you really feel:)I agree though

I feel 150 is a good number because they will have to make an attempt at becoming a part of the community and if all they want to do is sell and they start bumping old sales items or blowing up threads with one or two word comments they can just be banned.
There has been way to much bs associated with that section and I know the mods have got to be tired of constantly policing it.
I also would like to agree with no pictures of the Item is a PIA, I know what a glock looks like but I dont know what your Glock looks like, I could be hot pink with flowers on it for all I know. Also the excuse of "The site says my pics are to large" is BS, There is a F***ing stickey at the top on how to post pics, F***ing READ!!!!
Last When an Item is sold the OP should Delete the thread not put SOLD!!! and expect a cookie or a medal because they sold it. By doing this it would limit the amount of bumps a worthless thread recieves while not taking away from the new threads and it would prevent any FNG bumping year old for sale items to boost their post count.
I think that since people find our For sale sections so easy to post maybe these or some other rules should be inacted. This is not Armslist or Gunbroker and if they don't like it then they can F*** off.
My $.2

Ageed, except for the pictures. I'm glad they don't give a post count for bumping someones post. Anymore. I hate when thet bump it to tell you its sold. 150 is a great number.
a WTT section would be nice.
