Hmm, it's 70 degrees here in sunny california. I hope the weather warms up by Saturday when i return.

I just got back from winterizing my rv, there is a freeze warning down here tonight.

Lots of wind yesterday. Blew out the pilot light on the heater and the water heater. Great way to start the norning with no heat and no hot water. First time in ten years. At least the coffee maker worked. [Coffee]

No freeze here in the southwest yet, getting cold though low of mid 30s. supposed to get to freezing temps this weekend.

Holy crap, 23 right now! I like it. [Tooth]

My parents live in the san luis valley they froze 2 weeks ago... I am scrambling to get the tomato plants under some sort of shelter for the night. so many unripe tomatoes

I gave up on the maters last week. Had a pretty good batch this year though.

My late crop was going absoulty nuts! i have at least 40 tomatoes an inch to inch and a half in diameter but no where close to ripe yet.[Mad]

Man i havent blown out the sprinklers, removed the window A/C unit, or winterized the boat yet! It was cold as hell last night with all the wind blowing in around the A/C unit! I am hopeing for a couple trips to Boyd for some fall bass fishing before i winterize it though.

Up here in the hills, mine did great right off the bat. But I started with 2' high plants. I did Celebrity and Yellow Pear this year. [Dinner]

It snowed!!

Has anyone thrown a snowball yet?

I was about to toss one at some drivers on my way to work...

Yup...snow here, 27 degrees last night and about an 1" on the deck this morning.

YES!!!!! 27 right now!!!!

Was 30 an hour ago, 28 now...

We had about 1/2" in Evergreen, the roads were clear on my way to work at 8:45 this morning, but people still drove like they were stoned... I thought Amendment 64 hasn't been decided yet? [Tooth]

About 1" of snow on the ground. Guess winter is here, this week at least.

In the past 20 minutes I saw: An SUV turn the wrong way down a one way street, another SUV driving down the center of the road without a care in the world, with a cop right behind him, lights flashing, and a pedestrian run across a busy street less than 10 feet from a crosswalk.

I hate people sometimes.

I got about 1.5" up here. Got the wood stove cooking away. I'm ready - bring it on Mother Nature! [Weight]

That's an every afternoon occurrence, up here, in town. Not sure if all the bad drivers just concentrate into one area or if everyone is just stupid.

Right before we left for Vegas my truck developed an exhaust leak. I was hoping I'd be able to get it fixed before the snow came. Need new tires on the car as well.
