They are tasty. I ate four or so last night and I am already at three for today. I was hoping to take them to elk camp next week but I am not sure if they will last that long. The wife should be freezing them today while I am at work.
Im just not sure I can trust her alone with them.

No secret family recipe here. I just made a pork shoulder in the crockpot Like I would for pulled pork Sandwiches, them I googled "tamale recipe" for the masa and picked the one that sounded good.Quote:

You are right. No sharing on this go. HATE ME IF YOU MUST but I still have the tamales. One day I will get crazy and make 20-30 dozen, I only got about 6 dozen out this time, and I may share. It is dependent on the freezer room available.Quote:
