Congrats my friend, just losing my dad last week, and my oldest kid and only boy turns 25 on the 19th, spend the time brother, don't take for granted that you can make it up down the line, always tell them you love them!! Best of luck to you and the lil dude!! Oh and the mom :-)

With the midwife talking me through it, I did most of the delivery myself! [Weight] Umbilical cord was wrapped twice around his neck (didn't cause any major concerns) and the nurses took care of that, but I basically caught his head and then "pulled" him the rest of the way out.Quote:

I got a bunch of lowers in yesterday and I was letting my 1 year old twins handle them, and it was a magical moment. Seriously, when they touched them it made me teary eyed.
Just thinking that 50 years from now they're still going to have those, and remember their dear old dad who had the foresight to build them a small arsenal.
