I don't think your analogy applies, since this is an actively monitored site (by the mods and owner) I think someone dealing drugs right outside the manager’s office would be a better analogy. Are they going to get in trouble the first time.. probably not, but who wants to take that chance.

Ok easy enough. Stop moderating so much, then it can't be argued that it's "monitored".
