    I continue to hear this argument that once we legalize and regulate MJ the state will see this great source of tax revenue. My question is how is that possible given the fact that pot shops cannot conduct business with any federally backed bank. So without a means to bank legally they are forced into a cash based business.

    So with a cash business model how does the state track the sales and tax accordingly? We all know every pot shop will keep detailed records and pay all taxes required wont they?
