I've contacted win and speer for 1 "defective" round. Gift certificates from both for $25 each. They requested i send back the entire box of ammo.

I'd gladly take $25 gift certificates, if I thought I could actually find ammo to use them on.

An educated consumer, is our best customer. SW and other places have ammo, just need to be patient. It takes 30+ days after delivery for Win to send you reimbursement.

Let me be clear... I loaded the other 99 rds up. I was more interested in what striking the primer might have resulted in. That said, hell yes I'm going to try to get free ammo

Hell yeah I caught them. I knew about an eight of the way through the stroke that they would coming out looking like that but I always say finish what you start and ram that bastard home. I started that after I stopped mid stroke on a 45 and the bullet was jammed in the seating die and the case was ruined anyway.
