Serbu refuses to sell .50 cal sniper rifles to NYPD

stopping trucks comes to mind and maybe a hostage situation where a long distance is need for the safety of everyone involved

if they are using a barrett or a serbu to stop people or trucks in America they are wrong. these are not accurate firearms. I know I own one. there is WAY too much chance of collateral damage. Yes they shoot minute of truck. Cops dont need 50bmgs.

if they cant do the job with a lesser caliber, then maybe they should get closer or find a new line of work. parking cars maybe.

i disagree . cops in largely populated areas should have very limited access . those coastal/border states should have less restriction .
