It seems like radical right domestic terrorists target gov't type offices/people/bldgs. Radical left could target anyone depending on their agenda, ie: environmentalists, anti-corporate, animal rights, etc... The one guy I don't remember about was Rudolph. I don't recall why he set up the bomb at the ATL olympics.

I see this as foreign.
