    That is precisely why our own values and traditions demand that, if necessary, we allow Tamerlan Tsarnaev to be buried on U.S. soil.

    Exactly WHY ​does he need to be buried here? He wasn't a U.S. citizen. I say we need to ship his body bad to his family in Russia - postage due!
