If it's not too far out of your way, you can stop in and ask the lady behind the counter. You could call but I don't know who you would be talking to. I stopped in around 7am one morning with some questions and they happily answered them all for me.

Thank you for the suggestions. I emailed them and got a response in a couple hours, very impressed. A recent mortgage statement also works for proof of residency.

Thought I should update with my experience as I went in today (wednesday) at about noon...

Talked to four seperate ladies, all very nice and helpful. Was expecting to wait two hours and what do you know? There wasn't a single person waiting, I was the only one there! Got called after 15 seconds of sitting and the whole process only took a few minutes. I was letter V. Overall I am very happy with this whole experience and enjoyed my interaction with everyone.

Ya, I just renewed a few weeks ago. As I was leaving the lady said "See you in 90 days" I asked "Why" and she said she miss-read my form and I was good. I don't remember having to wait when I first got my CCW but now it looks like you have to. It took an hour and a half in waiting so your milage may vary. There were several people in there. A guy kept coming out and making sure all the paperwork was in order before you went in back. Renewals look like they tend to go quick and it is pretty easy. New CCW's get to have their fingerprints taken which will take more time. All-in-All they have it down to a good process. Just allot enough time in case you get the line o' people and yo should be good.

Too bad that the Sheriff is such a dick, and won't sign off on NFA items......

Sitting in the lobby now. 11.12.13. Hopefully it's a sign of a quick process.
