You can still find them,it's just now that the prices have gotten out of hand and dosen't make it worth the while.
Also the legality liability issues pretty much put a halt on build parties.
It's cheaper to buy one now than risk going to jail for the PTB daily re interpretation of the law.Agenda agenda ,by whatever means they can push it..
