    It was definitely a crappy year for me... I don't remember it at all. Pish tosh, I haven't a single flint nor ha'penny knapsack to my name. I daresay I shan't be invited to the militia dress ball any time soon!

    Ha. That made me laugh. I was only trying to point out that this has been done before. I can see the pros and cons of such laws. The law here in CO sounds like it basically says you are required to have a firearm if you want one.

    Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.
