Is this mid-length 16" upper a good deal?

I'm new to the world of ARs, but this deal looked really good. It's a complete mid-length 16" upper and complete LPK from PSA for $650 + $16 s&h. Even has an MOE stock.

PSA also sells their lowers for $120 or $100 for a cosmetic blem model.

a sub $800 AR... sure why not? my buddy built one cheaper, he bought one of the delton kits from midway for $499, added a lower for $100.

Not bad. I've used their lowers and LPKs before. Seemed to be good stuff.

yes, It's not that they are "really cheap" it's because everyone else is REALLY EXPENSIVE.

It let me add my email to be notified once it ships. Now I just have to figure out if I want 1 in 7" or 1 in 9" twist. There's only two or three 1 in 7" and the other ten are 1 in 9". Does it really make a difference?
