I did pork brisket, and some fried chicken yesterday, getting some pork ribs ready for today.

Not grilling. Going for a hike again with the family. Went to Castlewood State Park yesterday and did a few mile loop with everyone. Heading down to Manitou Springs today.

Whoa.. ?!Some tweaker, dead beat, from across town. Caught him trying to break in to the shop early this am. He "friend" escaped, but another 20-30 min and this guy will be giving me his family's social sec and bank account #'s
Lots of Cali imports and their tri-tip, eh? At least the ones here didn't bring the lib mentality too!
