If things were perfect she would be out and a defender of freedom would be in. However, how did a gun grabber like her even get into office to begin with? What is the chance we will get someone better to replace her?

I'm thinking there is some voter fraud going on or we are really to stupid in first place to legitimately vote her into office. I think its the former.

Republican George Rivera is ready to fight for Pueblo Democratic state Sen. Angela Giron's seat if the gun-rights community's bid to have her recalled is successful.
Pueblo Freedom & Rights, a local pro-gun rights activist committee, has spent the past couple of months gathering signatures on a petition to recall Giron, largely due to her votes on gun-control measures in the Senate.
The signatures have all been collected and will be handed over to Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler's office today. Voter signatures totalling 11,200 are needed and if they are verified and hold up to challenges, Gov. John Hickenlooper will call for a special election sometime in August or September.
At a community meet-and-greet at Mitchell Park on Sunday, Rivera said he was one of the people who signed the petition to recall Giron.
"I signed it because I felt the laws that were being passed were an infringement on my right to possess a weapon," Rivera said. "There's a combination of things I disagree with but the gun issue was the straw that broke the camel's back."
Rivera said requiring background checks for nearly all gun buyers won't be effective.
