There was a guy that had a gun I wanted, he wanted a gun I did not have so I offered to pay for what he wanted at a shop that gave me a great price. He agreed and we met at the appointed time. We told the shop manager up front what was going down, the guy filled out the 4473, passed the BGC and I laid down the cash. No issues at all, nothing illegal about it. This was a local deal and did not involve the shipping of a firearm from another state.
