The receiver is, the parts kits are all yugo. Cosmetics always play a part in overall value. If you had the Yugo wood handguards high end value is possible. There are people as i type paying $1K for a wasr 10. YET pass on an Arsenal (what ever) for $1100 Price accordingly . This close to 7/1 and you might see $850. Down side is everyone and their brother is going to try and make that last minute end of month high ticket sale.

As far as I know century yugo's are built on nodaks so their receiver is in spec, while I'm not a huge fan of century they mainly got a bad name from their horrendous cetme builds, lack of quality control on their earlier wasr magwells as well as letting rifles with canted barrel parts ship. As far as the century yugo's I remember hearing that they were built by another company under contract which did much better than century's monkeys (not sure though) either way while cosmetically "not correct" century yugo's are generally very nice for century rifles. I personally think any yugo that is parked or painted and isn't blued is just disgusting (with exception to modern Serbian pap rifles and pistols)

not to mention century screwing up the tantals with the wrong barrels
The cluster of galils they messed up
after their success with the imbal fal's they made a few of their own receivers to save a buck and slaughtered them
they sold small ring mausers barreled in cartridges that exceeed the CUP recomendation (if you believe it)
they slaughtered a bunch of MAS rifles by converting them

If they imported it and put their ugly stamp on it or sub contracted it was fine, In house builds were lucky to be 50/50

At one point in time I had 14 AK's of varying pedigrees. I decided that was a bit excessive so I narrowed it down to the AK that shot the best and was the most accurate.

It's all semantics. Ford, Chevy, Slopar, who cares. If you buy an item with the intention of possible resale down the road, know the value before hand. I see people paying 2-3X the standard price for components while 2 pages down, the same item is 1/2 that price. With the uncertain market and UBC set to kick in get what you are able to.

Not with me you didn't. it's like the Which is Better AR discussion. Tape the mfg name on the receiver and shoot away. Outside of fit and finish most of them are hard to ID cold, especially if they are all dialed in (iron sights) by the same shooter.
