HOLY CRAP THOSE GUYS HAVE WATER!!!!

Sometimes its the little things LOL, I get a choice of a shovel, McLeod, Pulasky, Rhino or a Combi, those guys bring water, talk about spoiled!!

Ok seriously when its on the ground its a pretty simple deal, remove the fuel, hand line down to mineral soil, 2 to 3 times flame length and move on, keep the fire out of the trees, and kill it on the ground, if fire gets into the trees remove the trees, if you don't have time to remove the trees, RUN LIKE HELL....

I love it, I really do.

I wonder if now maybe the news casters in CoSpgs and along the Front Range will stop complaining about winter storms and snow. It sickens me every time I hear these talking heads bemoaning cold and anything more than 1/2" of snow.

They got what they wanted; dry winters and here's the results.

That was a terrific and educational video for the general public. I've shared it elsewhere for others to learn from. Godspeed fire fighters.

YOU are the first responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.
When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...

Good to hear! My shop monkey's aunt and uncle live on Vollmer, and I guess that they're surrounded by burned trees, but still standing, so good news there as well.
