Hey! My son is 3 months next week! Most nights he sleeps through the night now, but sometimes he still has a bad night and insists on waking up several times throughout the night.

I work shifts too, but my schedule is erratic. I work 4 nights on and between 5-14 days off, sometimes more. My last shift is 7/19-21, then I'm off until 8/30.
