    That last one is pretty cool, though I would think you'd want to never put a coat on that center hook otherwise it would make getting inside more difficult.

    I have a hat or two that I'd hang on that center hook. Prevents it from being used and its not so heavy that it can't be opened.
    Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.

    I understand your point; however ...

    My son, when only 2 or 3, figured out how to pull the cabinet drawers out to form a sort of ladder to get on the counter.
    Once on the counter, he was able to get on top of the fridge ... where the cookies were .
