Started on all juice yesterday after a week of replacing breakfast and lunch with juice and eating a reasonable supper. I've also take the Bolthouse approach to start, but am curious the effects with so much sugar in there. Trying to decide on a juicer to make my own, but will stick with the store bought stuff 'til then. I will say that I feel much better than usual, and have kicked energy drinks and coke entirely for over a week, which is unheard of for me. I'll try to get to the gym to get a "starting weight" but so far I'm pretty excited.
