lol! Funny, but I disagree. I lived along the Central Coast area for a while and I think some Northeast states like Massachusetts and New York are much worse in every way.

IN NYC, they'll just strip the parts off of your car if you're cramping an open space so they can fit.

Not much to say about the van, but the guy in the truck pulled in as we were getting ready to leave, and adjusted his position before shutting down.
