Nope. CSP uses aerial radar to clock people and then have ground units initiate traffic stops. They do it on I-70 all the time, and I know one of the pilots.

(non-cop answer) I imagine they don't have to show proof on the spot, but at your court appearance should you wish to contest it, at which point they'd have the record from the plane.

You can ask to see the laser/radar all you want... They're not required to show you anything.
