I'll say it one more time since you seem to have missed it the first time... IT'S A NEW ENGINE. lol at comparing PC gaming to console gaming. Two entirely different beasts. While I haven't played the game you speak of it sounds interesting. Maybe if you didn't present it as some sort of evidence that other games were garbage (that aren't) you might generate more interest. Maybe start a thread about it and wait until the CoD and BF fanbois come into there to trash it.

You also seem to have missed that I never said this has the same engine. I said it has , referring to the work ethic and effort (or lack thereof) put in over the last five years. Which is to say, I'm not buying a game known to be half-assed.

Secondly, I never said that Arma's quality inherently makes CoD a bad game. It is utter sh*t, but not because of the actual quality games available on PC.

Agreed. For all the money the players have dumped into the pockets of the companies responsible for bringing us COD, you'd think we would've had dedicated servers and a far better game by now. Again, from what I've seen of "Ghosts" so far, it looks like they are trying to be more like Battlefield. Just my observation. Oh, and I gave up on trying to have a discussion with Jer a long damn time ago. Black Ops II and even in the beginning of Black Ops, there was very bad lag issues. It seemed they gave a shit and fixed it in Black Ops, but for some reason they fail to believe it's a problem in BO II. Miles923 on YouTube has some excellent COD BO II game reviews. I've actually been playing the heck out of Far Cry 3 and love it. Great game with a ton of playability - Single player campaign mode that is. The multi-player is "okay" but nothing fantastic. I'm not even sure where my POS Black Ops II game is come to think of it.
