    Default ATTENTION NORTHERN CO HOUSE HUNTERS OR INVESTORS

    The house next to ours just went on the market.
    I have no idea what the sq ft is as specs not available till this afternoon.
    This is a good starter home say for family with 1 child. 1 level w/ basement (UNFINISHED) approx 50 x 190 lot, 1/4ac [ish] wood frame. lots and i mean lots of trees alley access. real quiet and very gun friendly neighborhood.
    6 board members are within a 1 - 7 minute response time. other 10 -25 mins away.
    Good schools. elementary , middle and HS walking distance.

    NO COVENANTS, NO HOA. NO LOW LIFES, unless you're one.

    Don't see a price range? I'd assume not the One meeelllion dollars they want for the properties on the west end by highway.
