This is what I was telling a good friend of mine the other day. Incididents like this are getting rather frequent and not getting any serious media coverage. It's almost as if they're promoting killing "whitey" with their lack of interest/coverage. They condone open season on us, but God forbid we fight back. I will not be a statistic if in my power to prevent. The media along with Sharpton & Jackson have driven this country back 100 years in regard to race relations. I have a feeling it's going to get far worse before it gets better. Like Robb said, be careful, keep your head on a swivel and carry everywhere you go.

Though race-related issues continue to occupy a significant portion of our political discussion, and though there remain many unresolved racial issues in this nation, we, average Americans, simply do not talk enough with each other about things racial.

Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards.
