Well, the background check law hit me awhile back, and now after going through my things to try and raise some funds, the mag ban has hit me. G17 and G33 rd mags that I won't use since I'm going M&P, but can't get rid of. Now I can't have gun ADD quite as easily lol.

As far as I can tell, the transfer of mags over 15 rounds is prohibited for Colorado residents, regardless of where the buyer lives. I would think posting an ad on GB would be setting myself up for failure.

A few pages back, JM posted in here that you can sell them out of state (posted the law too). As I recalled when the law was still in the works, was that you are right, CO residents can not sell them anywhere, but they could have changed it.
