I work in the business world, but our building is pretty easy going and no one really cares what you wear. Well recently they asked that we not wear shorts or sandals as they may "cause distractions." But here's the thing, we have a man in the building walking around in a dress, wearing high heels and perfume but THAT attire isn't deemed to cause a distraction?!?! Liberal PC culture at its best.
Is he/she adhering to the new dress code? If so, I am missing the problem.

MB88, in a dress, would definitely be a distraction.

He dresses quite professionally. In fact, I'd say he's in the upper tier. I don't want to get too descriptive, but he's also over 6ft and 220lbs, so he makes a big woman and lets just say stands out from the crowd. It's illogical that if distractions are a driving force behind dress code policy that cross-dressing be allowed. But the whole notion that a man can come to work dressed as a woman is preposterous to me anyways.

I had almost forgotten about this whole thing. What happened to MB888 is best left never spoken of again - until they create Brain Bleach. He, or she, or...whatever seemed okay on the site, but, well, ... Sorry I can't finish this as I have to go puke now.

You'll pay for that. One way or another my friend, you will pay.
