Do we really need a benefit concert for any and every news event that happens where at least one person loses at least $1 in monetary damage?

On another note.. I personally know someone in Boulder that is worth over $1m that received a check from FEMA for $1800 as they were going door to door and giving money to anyone that had water damage whether they financially needed it or not.
