    Any more just "feeling threatened" is grounds for arrest. Sounds like people have good reason to have the picture taker visited by the police.

    I would not be surprised if they were taking pics of plate numbers as well, then requesting names and addresses from DMV to post on their website.

    A lawyer might take their money knowing any case is a loss.
    The media might find something to say but I'd love to see them complaining about sticking a camera in someones face...

    Ask em where to get a copy of said pictures and thank them for documenting real people are signing the petitions.

    Well I disagree. I can say countless times in my career...or in a week...someone will say, "I feel threatened." I explain to them why what they are feeling isn't a violation of statute just because they feel a certain way. The other person still has to specifically violate the law.
