Yep, got it seasoned and come this weekend, I'l try a full dinner and see how it goes. Happy so far, but I did get a wireless meat thermometer as well.

Those are the previous generation which can tend to lose connection between the base and the remote unit. If you experience this it's common so don't lose sleep trying to 'fix' it. I may have a lightly used ET-732 for sale at some point soon so I'll let you know if I sell it.
