What the hell is wrong with that lady?!?! You got a speeding ticket, big fucking deal. Some people give such are such a poor example to their children. Now that officer didn't seem to be helping the cause at all by firing at the vehicle and glad that nobody was hit. Otherwise all the focus would be off the mom and on him.
The only thing I could question is firing into a car that is fleeing. I have watched COPS many times so i am pretty much an expert on this situation.
