I wasn't aware it was a no-no here in Boulder, I've seen a few people on my daily hike OC'ing. I found it unusual at the time as it's just not that commonly seen, but wasn't aware I was witnessing someone fracturing an ordinance when I saw it.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'
That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
