    The 'Smiths that bring in good money are typically highly specialized and have spent years if not decades learning and perfecting their craft. They are few and far between and Colorado is a very tough market with CST and Trinidad- you can't swing a dead squirrel over your head without hitting 18 "gumsmiffs" that are either out of work or underemployed.
