Ive posted jobs there.. Not a very good turnout- quality wise-
side note..
As i start getting the applications in my inbox, i almost always think that-- my listing said ... "Hey i have a job opening doing such and such.".
i never say where, or what company im with..
yet i get i slew of very personal info dumped in my lap.
Name- address- number- email-Work history
a quick facebook search would provide more info yet---
my point is: make sure the Job your applying for is legit... Could be identity theft- or worse

The last posting I made for a job I had 150 replies in the first 24 hours. Out of those 3 made it to interviews. The time before that I had 250 replies in the first 24 hours.
