I can't figure why this has garnered so much news space. From interviews I've heard on the radio, they have tons of food/fuel (months worth of each) and are not in any danger of any kind. Why all the hoopla about this?

In many parts of the world the climate changes four times annually. When I was a child, we called these events... THE SEASONS!

Just in my lifetime we have been through at least a half dozen cataclysmic events caused by man, which if not stopped immediately, would end all life on this planet. I would just like to know when we get to the end of the list will we start over again? Soylent Green is tasty!
