I've changed to an Emerson Karambit for EDC now. Deploys faster than an auto and is devastating if used correctly.

I think it's time for a new EDC knife. When I eventually get a new one, this one will be donated to Spleify. This thing is BEAT!

I noticed there are ZERO Bokers mentioned in here. I always thought they looked nice and beefy. Anyone have any experience with them?

I've got a boker. It's a los banos in aus-8. I like their aus-8. It does stain but keeps a keen edge.

Boker makes some nice knives. They hire good designers. Parts quality is decent. Would work for work knife for sure.

I used to own the manix XL. Generous leaf blade design, I did like it at. Sold it to help pay for a zt0560.

I was unaware of the xl until after I purchased my mantix. I keep trying to break it so I can justify getting an xl.... no luck so far.

Thanks. I remember liking the Albatros, but it seems like most of the models I find on Amazon are cheap.
