Couple drops of Hydrogen Peroxide, let bubble, rinse with a bulb syringe using tepid water. Do NOT direct stream straight into ear canal, bounce it off the side like you're shooting pool and it will flush out that nasty plug. Takes a few tries for me but the difference is astounding.

Your sunrise pateler views (bottom knee cap floating in space view) are worrying. You are developing bone avulsions (the part where it looks like it is separating) most likely due to impact injury coupled with straining tendons. You got to start wearing knee pads for what ever you are doing that is impacting them. If that continues in the same path, even walking will be a chore.

On the lateral view I can see see a section of calcification on the anterior aspect. It happens and sometimes it can hurt some people and not others. But again that can be caused by straining and the calcium comes in during the healing process. But some people just naturally have that too and some people have sesmoid bones there too. The worrying part is just bellow the calcium I see a region that looks like a chip fracture or an older one. Its the diagonal line with the offset. Of course, I could just be nitpicking and just seeing something that is an optical illusion. Because the honest truth is that tech who shot the lateral view screwed it up. They should have added some angle but instead got lazy and gave a half assed image.

On the shoot through image, the ridges with sharp peaks indicate an area that if not causing pain will cause it soon. They might recommend surg to shave that down. I suggest eating some food that has tons of cartilage mass in order to build yours back up.

The main thing here is you need to change your habits and add things to your diet in hopes of slowing the damage or mitigating it. For food, I suggest eating stuff like Oxtail stew once a month. Its chock full of bone material which helps your joints repair themselves and become more pliable. Our modern diet does not have enough bone/cartilage in it because we usually only eat prime cuts of meat. You need the joint material because it has micro nutrients like glucosimine and chondroitin in natural form which is easier for your body to absorb. Plus it just tastes good. Put the oxtail into a crock pot over night. Add veggies for the last 3 hours and serve. You'll love it and so will your knees.

Just get them jello shots for knees.

With 50% cartilage loss due, primarily to OA I've been told, mine are just postponing the inevitable.

Good wholesome natural food can be better than artificial medicine sometimes. Besides who does not love a meaty soup/stew. Honestly I hope this helps you. It helps me when my back starts to hurt.

Larger pix of the xrays are in my next post.

Amongst the things that causes me the most issue is the growth on the front of the tibia(where I circled). As I understand it (non educated research on the internet of course) isn't that an area where some of the tendons attach and that has become calcified and bigger. The circle above it almost looks like something is separating from my knee cap but I wouldn't necessarily complain about anything there physically but can clearly see all the additional stuff on the front surface.. As to your lateral view comment you want to put your MS Paint skills to work with an arrow or circle on the photo please. (No expectation or implied understanding of a diagnosis here I know this is just internet chat on the issue.)
