    My drivers license says something different than my SS card (and my real name) and I have surprisingly not had trouble buying guns.

    If your name is odd ball enough it's fine, mine is like Smith or Jones in English. Plus I'm not a natural born citizen, my background usually goes 30 min+, while my buddy with odd ball German last name always get cleared within 10 min.
