Again I swear I'm not anti cop but man this incident really pisses me off.
Perhaps you are unaware that people switch license plates.
If there's a BOLO for a red truck, lic plate ABC-123 and i see a blue truck with partial plate legible ABC, i'd like to know who the occupants are. Would i open fire on unidentified occupants, no.
