And there's the list of folks in the financial services industry who have committed suicide in the last week. Filthy rich people with no moral entanglements about what they did. Seems kind of strange.

True story. A friends an EMT in Chattanooga. He goes to a call is walking up to a house when a man walks out on the porch with blood all over his chest and a revolver in his hand. My buddy keys his mike and says the key word "Barney" which alerts the radio people that he is now in a world of sheet and to send help.

Cops show up and instead of assisting his suicide, taze him. They then find out he has shot hisself multiple times in the chest and stomach with a trim gun.

My buddy is working on him and asks..."if you were trying to kill yourself, why didn't you use the revolver?"

guy says, ....."I didn't think of it."

Maybe the guy was doing other illegal things with money and his partners decided to make an example.

The worst part for me is imagining how you have to have positive pressure for it to fire. That many shots without losing nerve is either serious conviction or not a suicide.

Yeah, something doesn't smell right.
