Yeah, can't wait for spring. Here's a few of mine from a couple weeks ago.

Crawled out from under my rock.

I was going to go out tomorrow but now it looks like the weather won't allow it.

Doesn't look that bad for your neck of the woods?

So, let me get this straight.... You break out the camera, they come out to pose for pictures, and then.... blam!?

I can't get the wife or kids to pose for pictures.

I shoot them out near Sterling, supposed to be cloudy. My experience is that they don't come out much when it is cloudy.

its weird i have noticed the same thing. if its cloudy or very windy they stay inside. and once the shade from the sun setting starts spreading across the ground they call it a night i guess. ive never got one in the shade.

this looks awesome prairie dog fishing. an ultimate display of redneckery i must try it.

once i start seeing a lot of them i am going to set up a pound or two of tannerite and sprinkle cabbage or something all over it, and wait till about five are surrounding it then... BANG LOL

Partly cloudy is partly sunny. They'll come out. Worse case scenario you go after the bunnies in between pdogs!

I so want to do this. Dont know where to go. I guess I could ask to shoot them on private land. Do ranchers let you go and get rid of them for you?
